Does having unprotected viginal sex with someone who has HIV positive mean that you are absolutely going to become infected? If no is the answer, what are the chances/percentage/probability to get infected and what are the things that increase the chances to get infected by having unprotected sex?

no,but there is a chance to transmit from female to male after vaginal sex is about 0.04% per act.anal sex and having other types of sexually transmitted disease increase the chance.

what is 0.4 % means ?

explain in clear plz, how much chances in 100 people out of get 4 hiv infections ?

less than 1 per 100, it is about 1 per 1000 ,if u did sex just one time with her or him.
