Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The appearance of symptoms suggestive of pregnancy depends on how your body reacts to the changing hormonal status during pregnancy. The symptoms can be experienced by few women as early as 24-48 hours after fruitful intercourse, or after missing periods. Few women do not experience many symptoms. The early pregnancy symptoms include: fatigue, constipation, increased sleep, hunger and tiredness, mood changes, headaches, back pain, pain down the thigh and leg, lower abdominal cramps, increased frequency of urination, breast soreness, nipple sensitivity, appearance of blue veins on breasts, pelvic discomfort and heaviness, food cravings, increased appetite, sensitiveness to smell or certain foods, dizziness, increase in vaginal discharge without any foul smell or any other associated symptoms like itching, burning rashes etc.
Wait and watch for your periods. If you suspect chances of pregnancy, or if you do not get periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you get abnormal periods, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
