Hello all,

I have a question about an enlarged uterus. I had a scan last month and the results showed that my uterus exceeds 15cm. I'm 29 years old. I have not had any children. I hope to have children one day and I'm just scared about what this enlarged uterus means....

Does an enlarged uterus pose problems with conceiving??

Any info would be helpful.

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Enlarged uterus can be due to various causes as Adenomyosis,endometriosis,fibroids etc.These can cause issues in conceiving but if treated properly conception can occur.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for pelvic examination which is very helpful in such cases and start the treatment acordingly.
