I live in Arizona and saw that the Phoenix
Children's Hospital has produced some
mini-documentaries about a few patients
they've treated- discussing their unique
and challenging conditions and how the
families, friends, and doctors really came
together to help them overcome their
challenging disabilities and illnesses.
I was particularly amazed with the
severity of Mary's scoliosis- this poor
girl had to wear a brace for nearly 5
years!! If you want to see the
docu-minis, they're about 8 min long each
and on PCH's website-

The stories are really phenomenal and
definitely worth watching.
