You should be able to post a question to a doctor at any time. Each doctor only has a certain number of questions in his/her queue at one time so that they can respond in a timely manner. It is also dependent on what forum you are trying to post under. Please send me a Private Message by clicking on the Admin avatar above and let me know exactly what the problem is.
