A bloodiest should pick up any pregnancy. It is the most accurate test. Most (90%) false negative and false positive tests are due to user error. Ectopic pregnancies shows up on pregnancy tests like any other pregnancy.

Doctors will often use birth control pills to induce bleeding. The morning after pill is just a super duper strong birth control pill. It will normally cause bleeding 7 days after taking it.

Best of luck!
