Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you suspect chances of pregnancy (as suggested by your symptoms), consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). The urine pregnancy tests done very early in pregnancy can show you false negative results as the kits are calibrated ones, so unless the hormone levels in urine reach a certain level, they do not show positive results. If pregnancy gets confirmed, go ahead with getting serial HCG levels estimated (since you have had history of previous miscarriage). Doubling up of the hormone levels in 48-72 hours will show that pregnancy is going on smoothly. If levels are not adequate, then external hormonal supplements would be considered to be started to help you in preventing miscarriage/threatened abortion. Visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for further evaluation and assistance. Early ultrasound scan (usually transvaginal scan) around 6-8 weeks of gestation will also help to confirm gestational age of fetus/baby along with viability. Look out for danger signs like increase in intensity of abdominal cramps, increasing back pain, fresh bleeding etc. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
