I have been on birth control for well over a year now if not longer. My partner and I had sex and we didn't use a condom, but he did not ejaculate inside. I know there is always a chance of pre cum. I take my pills at the same time everyday. I have not missed a pill so far in this new month. What are chances of pregnancy, and also do you need to use a condom while on the pill? please help. Thank you!

Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Since you have been on the pills and have been taking them regularly there is no need to use condom while on them as they have contraceptive effect.It is only required to use condom when the pills are missed.Chances of pregnancy can be ruled out.
