Hi, i havent been on in a while, but here goes. I am 18, will be 19 in feb, and i have a 5 month old son called Seth. I left my partner because he was psychologically abusive, and was starting to get violent. Two days later, i found out i am pregnant. I have got a protection order and a parenting order on him, but i dont want to tell him about the baby, nor do i want him on the birth certificate. I am approx 4 wks pregnant. Is it wrong for me to do this. I also want to change my sons name from Seth Hunter Robinson to Seth Hunter Robinson (as a middle name) Hailwood. Do i need his permission for that?
