Q: Do I have MS?

I'm trying to figure out if I have MS.
It's defintely nerve related, I can only think of MS per my google symptoms search.

I'm a 40 year old male, I've never been sick in my life and in good shape, now i'm terrified and clueless. on 12/21/08 i woke up from a nap around 6pm and the fingers on my right hand (pinky, ring, middle) were contracted inwards and wouldn't straighten out, my wrist also would'nt straighten it would just hang or droop down. i couldn't raise it upwards on my own power, the muscles would not support it, it looked as if the way a person with specials needs hands tend to draw into themselves. After determining i wasn't having a stroke, i went to the ER. They found i was hypokalemic and gave me an iv of potassium. i stayed overnight and they did an MRI but didn't mention anything of note to me, a dr. stopped by and suggested it could be a pinched nerve but to see my doctor. I made a dr appt, it's taking forever to get in so last week I just got a referral to a neurologist.
my "SYMPTOMS" have been ongoing ever since that first incident in Dec.
I experience "tingling", in my hands and fingers ,they feel not weak but really weird sometimes, i feel "dull aches, pain" in my forearm, and sharp pains kind of "electric charge" in nature there also and the "electic charge" pain is mobile, it shows up in my shoulders both forearms, my left thigh and calf. I also get a "deep dull" but painful sensation in my shoulders like i'm getting a flu shot deep into my shoulder. There's also a peridoic pain back of my arms above my elbows that strikes, it feels like it's some kind of nerve hurting and sometimes i get a slight but not all out "funnybone" feeling running through both arms.
Today, my left foot has been "pins and needles" "tingling" intermittenly since i've awoke, i've laid down today for relief and occasionally felt it in both feet when i laid down. But as i move around it's mainly residing in my left foot.
my neuro appt is 3/16 and my dr appt is 2/25, today is 2/19 should i just wait until i see my doctor or should i go to the hospital? i don't think the hospital can do anythig but tell me to see my doctor anyway.

How did you dr appt go today?

It does sound like a nerve issue but then again it could be more.

Reason I say nerve is that I have had discomfort in my left shoulder blade area and depending on how I move can cause discomfort / pain / numbness / tingling in my elbow and sometimes into my fingers...

I do have MS but this particular issue I described above is not directly related to MS....

In the beginning MS generally presents itself with numbness and tingling in limbs.
