Symptoms I have: urinary urgency incontinence - new symptom: every night I now 'wet the bed' - last 4 nights straight. Severe Insomnia. Falling because of dizziness or lack of balance. Numb feet (both), especially toes. Shaking hands - but not all the time. Can't remember words for common things - like refrigerator - I'll use in sentence, blank out when I come to that word, then describe it, point at it, say 'starts with "R"', then someone fills it in for me. Can't remember something new, have to have it repeatedly said. Depression. Can't think analytically anymore. Severe anxiety - getting worse. Depression. Fatigue - sleep all day some days. Can't concentrate or focus anymore (I'm a computer programmer for 25 years - can't program anymore, except with extreme difficulty).

You'll need a neurologist to evaluate your situation.

There are diseases that mimic MS and visa-versa.

Keep a journal of when these things happen; length of duraction, etc...

This will be a helpful tool that your neurologist can use. It may not make sense to you but h/she will know what they are looking for.

Best wishes...
