Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Absence of period for more than 6 months to 1 year could be attributed to menopausal onset (as suggested by your other symptoms). Other possibilities include secondary amenorrhea due to obesity, increased body fat percentage, brain or pituitary tumors, PCOS, premature ovarian failure, thyroid dysfunction, use of certain medications, previous D&C, hormonal imbalances, etc. You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance.
Take care.
