Hello and welcome to e health forum.

Sexual intercourse with a trusted partner, within a monogamous relationship, is SAFE. And there is no possibility of HIV infection, if both partners are HIV negative.

HIV is not detected or diagnosed on the basis of signs or symptoms that a person has. It is based on blood tests detecting the presence of anti HIV antibodies in the blood.

In your case, since you have undergone the HIV tests, and they are negative, it is certain that you do not have HIV infection.

There is no need to doubt the test results. You do not have HIV infection.

Vishal,

No need to worry about this. You seem like a smart guy, so trust me that the chance of contracting an STD(and especially hiv) when you live in a monogumous relationship is close to zero.
