i am 20 years old and my short term and long term memory is shot. i cant remember setting my phone down or i forget to flush the toilet anything simple i cant remember. i had a huge benzo overdose about 500mgs. about 2 years ago which i think might be the culprate but is there any way to reverse this? or will my memory keep getting worse

also i dont think my brain works very well anymore usually i dont think about anything my mind is always blank
