How often have you been having the vodka and red bull on weekend? Did u just start around the same time as the dizziness started?

I get this sometimes, but mine is like a quick second of dizziness and goes away. I get it frequently actually. Not to the extent of feeling like i will faint. Next time u get this dizziness try to study your breathing, you could be hyperventilating and this is actually a form of a panic attack. Panic attacks usually arent serious but any form of dizziness should still be introduced to a doctor.

A persistent light-headed feeling which makes it difficult to maintain balance while standing or sitting without other symptoms is often due to anxiety. If it is severe, some anti-anxiety medications can help treat light-headedness and dizziness.
