The weirdest thing happened to me yesterday. The night was goin fine, I had just had dinner, then shortly after got up to do the dishes. As soon as I started, I had a bit of a dizzy nauseous feeling, followed by me telling my cousin I felt I was going to black out, I slowly felt what seemed like the oxygen being cut off from my brain, then my ears began ringing and I started experiencing hearing loss, as my cousins voice became more and more faint. I also started to feel my face burning up, I thought OI must be be beat red and almost sweating, as they wre yelling ...look at your face! I finally sat down and my cousin and her boyfriend started freaking out that my face was turning grey and my lips wre blue. I was feeling likemy body was shutting down...honestly, I felt like I was about to die. Then slowly the feelings went away after about 5 minutes but the ringing reained for a while longer and slowly my hearing came back. I really dont know what happened to me last night, and i would like to know if this was some kind of attack maybe. My cousin seems to think it was some type of paranormal activity because my boyfriend who i loved so much died june 27th from a death which may have been similar feeling for him. I know this is amed site not a paranormal forum, but all answers and oppinions woud be great.

You could have simply stood up too fast to go do the dishes. If you had been sitting for a period of time (like 30 minutes or so, long enough to eat) and suddenly stood up, all the blood rushes your body and this can cause you to black out.

The ringing of the ears, the dizzy/nauseous feelings are all apart of that. Your face feels hot and red, but really it's turning white because all of your blood is rushing out of your head.
Next time you feel like this, sit down immediately and put your head in between your legs. This will get blood back to your head.
