hello sorry for late reply but ive been looking into an answer for your problem and symptoms indicate an inner ear infection and your dizziness is caused by vertigo. Your headache is caused by migraine and can also cause numbness.
This the only information i could find and hope it helps. You need to try visit a doctor or emergency room for have this checked out as it requires medication.
Chocolate and dairy foods anger anxiety and depression can bring on migraines and fried foods. It could also be hereditory. we are not doctors here just supporters trying to help.
You can ask your question to a doctor here just the same if you wish by clicking on ask doctor.

Do you hydrate with water well? could you try taking a multi vitamin or one a day with a blend of calcium & magnesium or even a complete B vitamin with these two included? Calcium & magnesium are used by the body for all muscle function one causes the muscle to contract the other relaxes the muscle they must be balanced or you can have other troubles. B vitamins also are involved with nerve function but shouldn't be taken on there own, there are other nutrients that complement their function so they are best as a complex suppliment.
for correct hydration 1 litre of water per day for every 20-25kg of body weight is a fair guide, if you have asthma or chest problems you should consume the wtaer in a steady fassion, not big glass fulls at once, the hydration will help your body function & may assist in relieving the temple pressure. If you drink caffeine drinks you should drink as much again in water to equalise the dehydrating effects of the caffeine!Or just don't drink caffeine but if that is the case wein yourself off of it slowly otherwise you might create a larger head ache.
Hope this helps, If not you should see a doctor anyway.
