I have started to have a few dizzy spells - which I hate! It happens rather quickly, I will be fine but then all of a sudden I get really dizzy and feel like I am either going to faint or throw up. I find eating or drinking doesnt help, in fact coming home and sleeping is probably the only thing that makes me feel better, but I cant keep having nanna naps during the day when I am suppose to be at work! I had had a few blood test and nothing was found, not anemic, I know it could be one of many things but does anyone have any suggestions? Or better yet, any ideas to stop to stop it happening?!

I'd suggest that you get your inner ear checked by an ENT specialist. Balance is controlled by this organ and it's possible that there is something that is causing the symptoms.
