My Dad is 71 years old and since he was put on high blood pressure tablets he hasnt been very well, he is now off them but keeps having Dizzy Spells, nausious, Tired, and has passed out!!!!!
He has been going to the doctors for the last 18 months and nothing has given him any hope, he has had MRI scans, all clear, heart monitors, blood pressure tests, x rays everything you can imagine but still nothing, he now wont go out as he feels to nervous about falling over and its really effecting his life.................. he also keeps having a wierd sensation where he can feel his heart beat in his head.... and behind his eye???

i thought that i have nothing to loose to ask someone else for help as i feel like he is another number with our doctors and he isnt, hes my Dad and i need to get him some help to try and get whats left of his life better.........

I would think that nauseous and dizzy might signal high blood pressure...If he is unsteady on his feet, this again, may be the same...I can only speak about what I have felt in various times in my life and have no medical training...I would say if he is dizzy and uneasy walking, to get him one of those walkers on wheels...By this I mean these four wheel deals with a seat and basket on the bottom for him to put things in...They are wonderful...They have hand brakes that you can set when you sit down to rest...This way he would get confidence in himself that he can do things and not be afraid....Take care...
