Q: dizzy postpartum extreme fatigue

I had my baby 3 months ago, and as soon as the baby came out, one week later i began having a sensation like vertigo. I feel very off balanced all the time. I am also having no appetite at all, and nauseated. I feel like am in 3 months pregnant all over again. I know i am not pregnant b/c i had a ultrasound. The doctor said everthing was fine. I also got checked for anemia, bloodcounts, RA, estrogen, thyroid and lyme. Everything fine. I had my eyes checked and i also went to two ENT's. Anyone having these symptoms pp??? I had a C-section, and only gained about 25-30 pounds and the baby weighed 10 pounds. I am already 10 pounds under my prepreg weight. I also have extreme fatigue.
Could this be PPD???

I'm not sure if vertigo and weight loss are associate with post pardum depression, or not. What does your obstetrician say? Have you visited with a psychologist for a post natal mental health check?

hey
The OB wants to give me some meds for depression, but i don't want to go that route. Tommorrow i will find out if i have a UTI, which would be why i feel so yucky. I will talk with her more tommorrow about what the next step to take is.

post natal dizziness and fatigue
I came online to find out exactly the same answers - why do I feel dizzy and tired after having my baby. I suspect it might be PPD which I know fades with time as I had it after my last baby but I didn't have the dizziness. Let me know what you find out.
Thanks.
