Q: dizzy for 5 days

I have been dizzy for the past five days. When I look down or turn my head left and right, I suddenly get dizzy. I have shoulder pain and headaches. I feel lightheaded and dizzy when I try to go to bed. I can't even sleep that much because if i turn onto my sides, I get dizzy. Everything is spinning. Does anyone know what's happening to me or if I'm sick or something? I haven't ever been dizzy for 5 days ever..

btw; when i take tylenol i still have headaches and dizziness..
