Q: Dizzy and feeling faint

I am 18 years of age, i am about 15 stone weight , and about 5'6, i smoke and i also have the implanon in for the past 2 years.
I suffer from nausea now and again for about 3 years now, i got the endoscopy done and it came back perfect.
But recently over the past 2 weeks, i have been getting very dizzy and feeling faint and weak and also my legs feel kinda shaky, only today it has gotten worse, my hands are shaking and legs also when i stand up, i can stand up for about 5 minutes and then it will kick in where i feel like im moving or something. My appetite is perfect, also i musdt admit i have been doing alot of drinking since my birthday in the end of January, drinking up to 3-4 nights a week, so i presume that could be why im feeling like this, but i would like your opinion on it also, if you can get back to me on this it would be great. High Blood Pressure and Hypertension Answer A5929

The symptoms you reported are not specific enough for definitive diagnose. Some of the symptoms might be related to hypotension. Hypotension is decreased arterial blood pressure. It leaves the body with insufficient blood flow causing symptoms in sensitive areas: muscles (shaking), balance center in the head (vertigo, dizziness). Drink more fluids since your body might be undergoing dehydration due to increased alcohol intake.

You might also want to check your blood for anemia. Simple laboratory tests might reveal if this is the condition that is causing the symptoms.
