I work in a kitchen that is very fast paced. Today after a rush i noticed my shoe lace was untied and i bent over to tie it and suddenly felt as if someone was moving everything around me and i was about to fall but i caught myself and for the rest of the day i was uneasy with lots of movement and felt a little sick. i did feel a little better when i was able to eat something but still never fully recovered and also when i rolled over in bed to look at my alarm the room started to spin and i had to close my eyes until it stopped. could this be vertigo or possible the start of diabeties. my family has a history of that. I am a 33 year old male. I am taking an NO supplement for weightlifting that i have just started along with creatine and whey protein so i dont know if that would effect me or not but any help would be appreciated.

Diabetes, even early on, is very easy to diagnose with blood tests. You could also be hypoglycemic or dehydrated. Regardless, you need to see your doctor. If you have a family history of diabetes, you probably should be keeping an eye on it anyway.
