go get a blood work done or see your doctor. your symptoms are very general and could mean anything. If you are worried, its always a good idea to see a doctor. What you're feeling right now might or might not be related.

These symptoms could be signs of tons of different things from heart attack to something as simple as just not eating enough and getting the vitamins you need.
