Q: Dizziness from Advair or Singulair?

I have been taking these two medicines for over a couple of month's now. I have noticed a slight improvement with my Asthma but have also noticed something more disturbing. I have been having dizzy spells that last the better part of the day.

I am now wondering if one of these two drugs is causing my dizziness. Has anyone else had the same reaction?

Dizziness is one of the common symptoms appearing in 3 to 5% of people using Advair.
Singulair, can induce dizziness as a side effect, too.

Thank you for your reply. I went to see a doctor yesterday and he thinks I might have a sinus infection - which, could be causing the dizziness as well. It seems that I have other similar symptoms for a sinus infection. By the way, Advair has also been known to cause sinus infections.
What a wonderful drug, (enter sarcasm) for Asthma.

Yes I do.
I now have a full blown sinus infection that is making me quite dizzy and light headed.
Best news of all, I need to get on a plane tomorrow morning and am wondering how that will affect me?

Flying with plane while suffering from sinus infection can lead to significant increase of pain, due to prevented equalization of the pressure.
Spinning sensation, ear ringing, or hearing loss can be accompanying symptoms.

Hope you had almost perfect fly!
