Hi. I'm a 20 year old female, I weight about 125lbs and I'm 5'7. I eat healthy and I'm pretty active. Over the past year I've been dealing with head preoblems.

Since February I've been dealing with these strange head sensations. It started when I was walking through the mall and all of a sudden got really dizzy and light headed then kind of fainted. I got really hot and my mouth started to water like I had to vomit, then my head started pounding.I figured I was dehydrated or something or just plain tried from working 12 hours back to back. I went to the emergency room and they said I had a near syncope basically saying that I had almost passed out. I went back to work and it got worst, this time my chest started to feel tight and my breathing got shallow along with the symptoms from before. I went to our company first aid and they sent me home. I went back to the doctor and they check my blood and thyroid, but everything came negative. My doctor perscribe meclizine but it hasn't done anything.

This is how my headaches usually start: first I either have this dizzy or naseau feeling, then I get this tingling sensation around my temples or at the back of my head, then I get this pressure that feels like fluid expanding inside my head. It seems to get worst and worst each day. It's really annoying beacuse I could just be laying down and it just happens.Oh and they last pretty much until I go to sleep, sometimes it feels like I wake up with the same headache I fell asleep on.

I would really appreciate any feedback. I'm looking into finding a neurologist, but appointments out here are like months away.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I feel like my lyphglands under my jaw swell a little each time too. Did this happen to you? I would appreciate any feedback.
