Current medical status: dizzenes in one ear.
Current medical treatment: antibiotics(cephalosporin)

The symptoms you reported might be related to several health problems. The dizziness and the headache might originate from the wax in the outer ear as the doctor stated. Washing the ears at the doctor's office might cause damage to the ear drum, but an experienced doctor can usually avoid it.

The mild pain in the chest might be related to several problems. If the pain is stabbing then it might be related to heart issues. If the pain is mild and lasts for a longer period, then it might be caused by chronic inflammation of the stomach. It might be causing the feeling of burden in the stomach after eating.

Your mother might want to see her family doctor for the chronic inflammation of the stomach. A blood test for Helicobacter pylori (bacteria that is common reason for the condition) might be helpful.
