I'm constantly dizzy, and light-headed (increasingly lately, I'm 15). I just feel so disconnected with the world around me. In the last year, I've been experiencing white flashes (my eyes go white) that have been making me feel better (they make me feel normal; they take away the light-headedness).

Flashes;
-my eyes go white
-my fingers and hands tingle
-I can sometimes loose balance or fall over
-they seem to happen when I stretch (or move when I haven't after a while)
-don't happen too often

It's nothing physical. I've had a physical within the last 4 months. I actually have a neurologist appointment in about a week because of the flashes. I've been waiting for about 2 months.

My mom actually has mental problems (oddly, it came up after she had me and my sister). After she had us, she has been having insomnia, and paranoia. It caused the divorce.

I'm just wondering if there's a name for my condition, or I'm just crazy ("It's in the mind" so to speak).
