Hi everyone I am a 35 year old male...
A few weeks ago I started getting dizzy spells on a daily basis and several times a day. Sometimes I have nausea but not all the time. I also feel weak when I have these dizzy spells and occasionally experience some non severe headaches. In addition to this my face sometimes feels numb on both sides...it kind of feels tight. This is usually relieved after I have slept. I have also been experiencing rigning in my ears for about 6 months now. The dizzy spells started about 3 years ago a few months after a whiplash injury. Although I did not have the facial numbness or tightness at the time. I'm not sure if it's related or not and the doctors don't know. About 2 and a half years ago I had an MRI done with no positive results except for a small polyp in my sinuses that the neurologist ruled out. The dizzy spells have come and gone since then but would not last more than a few days. These dizzy spells have started again in the last few weeks without much relief. I had a CT scan done about 6 months ago when I started getting ringing in my ears. Again results were negative.
I went to the ER a few weeks ago when this all started up again. The doctor took blood tests and a chest X-RAY and results were negative. He did not feel I should get another CT scan since I had one done only 6 months ago. He has referred me to the neurologist again. Needless to say this is really difficult to live with without any answers. Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? and have you had any diagnosis??

I am feeling the same thing, but im only 16. The other day I was just cleaning up around the house and I just got a big sharp pain on the left side of my forehead and I started to feel weak and very dizzy like i was going to faint. I sat down and the pain in my head started to get worse and my vision went a little blurry but after I sat there for a while it got better, but i still feel weak. help me ?

The same thing happened to me the dizziness, blurry vision, nausea, and the sharp pains in my head. I thought it might be a migrane attack but i'm not sure. I used to get those strong attacks like once every two or three months. i've notice that i would get these attacks when i go hours without eating, after drinking a soda or eating something they go away. So making sure that i never get hungry i haven't experienced these in a while. apart from those attacks, i would get like a burning pain in the right side of my chest out of nowhere. Now i just get a sharp pain in the left side or in my right side of my head that lasts a couple seconds. What is it?
(i'm only 17 years old)
