I graduated college in May and 2 weeks ago moved to a D.C. in hopes of finding a job. It has been the most stressful experience I have yet to encounter in my life. About a week ago I got this dizzy sensation like the floor was moving toward me. It went away that day and the next morning I found out a good friend was diagnosed with leukemia and from there I have had nonstop anxiety and panic attacks. I was already going through a stressful time there and things have gotten progressively worse. The dizzy sensation has not gone away and I'm just trying to figure out if this could be linked to something worse like a brain tumor or some other neurological disease? I've dealt with anxiety my whole life and have a terribly hard time transitioning. I've been to the doctor twice as well as an eye doctor and they seem to think it is all anxiety due to my history with random physical ailments over the years. But dizziness...the floor moving, could that really be from stress and anxiety?? I'm so worried. It's all I think about and it's making me crazy. PLEASE HELP

Yes, it's possible that your body is overwhelmed and is producing sensations that are unpleasant and even scary.

Can you take some time to relax?

What do you do to calm yourself?
