Q: Dizziness and room spinning

I can be lying, standing bending or sitting and get dizzy spells and the room starts spinning, I am tired a lot, and have headaches almost every morning when I wake up which can sometimes last all day. What is causing this to happen.

This could be Celiac Disease which is an intolerance for gluetin which is found in wheat and rye. I would suggest a blood test to see if you have Celiac Disease.
