Q: Dizziness and pressure in the head

Hi, for about a week now, I've been experiencing this weird dizziness feeling. It's like I gave myself "space monkey", passed out, and came back to. Or another way of putting it would be the feeling someone gets if they did "whippits". It's really weird. I somewhat have pressure in my head as if I had a headache but without having a headache? Kinda like I have a severe hangover without drinking the night before.

I've been to my doctor and got my blood work and EKG and everything has come back fine. My blood pressure if fine. Everything has come back fine.

-I wear contacts/glasses and have for 25 years so I don't think it's vision.

-My doctor's only remedy thus far has been getting more sleep. I maybe get 6 hours of sleep at night, but that has been the situation for years so why would I get the symptoms all of a sudden?

I, like most people, get on Google and search my symptoms, and get results varying from Inner Ear Infection to Brain Cancer.

I would think that my doctor would have seen an ear infection when he looked in my ears with the otoscope (i think that's what it's called), right?

I'm someone that is never sick, never takes medications, and is in pretty good shape so this just concerns me.

I'm hoping someone out there has experienced the same symptoms before and can help me figure out what's going on with me.

Thanks,

Jarod

I have something similar. It isn't a headache...but there is pressure, usually at different spots of my head. no meds, usually healthy

Yep
Yes, mine is very similar. It's been going on for about a month now. It's not like I'm spinning, it's just kinda a weird buzzing feeling.

I went to an ENT and it's not anything with my middle ear.

So my blood work has come back good with great blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. and it's not a middle ear infection either.

Of course both doctors told me they don't think it's brain cancer or anything. I just want to figure out what the heck it is!

i have the same thing. weird dizziness thing, but its not really spinning around dizziness. my eyes cannot really focus on a lot of things...its as if things are too fast for them. head pressure feeling. as if someone is sitting on top of my head. fullness in ears. and the rest is probably anxiety because sometimes i feel like i am going to pass out and cant take it anymore. but i never pass out. have been to an eye doctor, have had blood work done, just had a cat scan - everything is fine. i've been like this for 8 months, and i don't know what to do anymore.

Dizziness, blurred vision, tingly crown
I've got the same thing. Tingly sensation on the top of my head. Dizziness, but I'm able to walk, I feel bouncy. Vision will sometimes get blurry, I'm tired a lot. On weekends, I will sleep up to 11 hours at a time. My blood pressure should be fine, I exercise all the time and just finished a 5K race. I'm going to try changing shampoos, I saw one of the ingredients causes dizziness. Hope you get better, if I find anything, I'll keep you posted.

Weird feeling
I have the same problem. One morning I woke up an just felt really strange. The only word I came up with is dizzy. Although it's more like a mild dizziness. I went to an ENT and they found nothing wrong with me. It's like nothing is clear or crsip anymore. I can't remember what it's like to feel normal and I want nothing more then to feel normal again. I was just recently diagnosed with skin of lupus and am on Plaquenil. Still dizzy though. No one seems to be able to tell me whats causing it. May or May not be Lupus.

Similar symptoms
Does someone have an update? I am going through similar symptoms and all my VNG, EKG, ECG and blood tests came out fine. I am seeing a neurologist next week.
