The list of possible causes for abdominal pain is quite extensive. These include cholecystits, Hepatitis, gall stones, liver cancer, chalmydia, cirrhosis, acute pancreatitis etc. You must keep in touch with your personal physician and get the reports of the tests already conducted and further work up if require.
