i was in a really bad car accident dec. 31 06. my car flipped 3 times and landed in a pond. the car was crushed. i never went to the hospital because i didnt have a scratch on me. now i am not sure that i am getting these symptoms because of the accident or not.

but now every once in a while i will get a sharp pain in my head. i will also be sitting somewhere and get dizzy all of a sudden, then ill try to stand up to go and get some air and i faint. after i get back up my face is all tingly and my body is kind of numb.

should i go to a doctor about this, or is it stress related?

I would suggest you go see a neurologist. You need to be sure you don't have something going on. An MRI would be a good idea.
