Q: Dizziness and Disorientation

Sometimes it feels like I have a big explosion in my head. I have to grab it and hold it, cause it feels as if its going to fall off. Everyting is black and then I'm very disorientated. I have to sit down for a while till I'm not dizzy anymore. What can this be, its concering me a lot

hello,
this could be many things and i would suggest you get this checked out by your doctor. it could be high blood pressure but that is only a guess.
we are here to advise and support but not doctors so my advise is get yourself checked out as this must be fightening for you and may turn out something simple.
