Q: Dizziness and anxiety ?

hi .i have been diagnosed with anxiety panic disorder .i have chest pains.dizziness always tired tingling in left hand.and right arm always tired and weak. now i have neck pains and migrane head achesno energy at all and have lost all interest in anything.could this be something other then anxiety.please help .im lost and the doctors cant seem to help..
