what is it
cronic fatigue, stress or deficiencies such as some of the brain chemicals ie seratonin etc these can be remedied by nutritional balancing do you have allergies is there a cause for concern of adrenal fatigue are you eating well & drinking good water just some quick suggestions

Hi

I have had similar probs to yours after an extremely bad ear infection. After lots of tests i have been diagnosed with ME (chronic fatigue). Might be worth discussing this with your GP

Extremely eHealthy
i get headaches and dizzy spells as well and haven't been eating too healthy..i agree with the previous poster about your diet effecting this..think of your body as a car..if your car takes premium but your puttin crap in it, then its not going to run very well is it? your body is the same, try eating alittle better and make sure you are getting in those 8 glasses of water a day, dizzyness/fatigue can be directly associated with dehydration...thats really all i can tell you!

8 glasses is fine if your mr Or mrs average, but if you are over weight (like me)and / or larger than average you might still need more fluids than the average a rough calculation guide is for every 22-25 kgs you need 1 litre of water(45-50 lb = near 2 pints) with this scale never over hydrate, always benefit the doubt in favour of less. you also need to balance this with natural unprocessed sea salt, get this balance you will remove more toxins from your system,& believe it or not your blood presure will healthy when done right eg mine went from 150/80 to 124/66 in five months. To extrapolate on the fuel thing,
lets say fuel has 80 different chemicals in it which makes up our regular unleaded, premium might have say 100 chemicals, but you know if youve used premium on a regular basis some times the car doesn't seem to do as good as it did previously. it's because the mix wasnt as spot on for the conditions as it was before. Dizzyness & fatigue can also be relative to stress & adrenal insufficiency. A detox regime can always be a good place to start with any ailment, a bit like replacing a blocked muffler - lets all the junk get away better!( retired auto mechanic).
