My husband and i have been married for 10 years, ive raised his children,(we do not have our own children), we still live in the same household, i want to get out of this realtionship, but do not want to leave my house behind, im on social security disabilty and he is on workmans comp right now, he makes more than me, how and can i by law make him leave with his children, i pay for the mortgage, the ex is too involved and the3 children are very fake and defiant, i just want to know my rights, can i or anybody make him leave and get an apartment, he makes more money than me, i dont want nothing from him, no alimony or nothing i just want out!!!
