Hi everybody, I took a CT scan for my pelvis by oral contrast. These were my results

Examination demonstrates diverticulitis disease of the sigmoid colon.
No obvious inflammatory changes are visualized. Bowel is otherwise grossly normal.

There is hypertrophy of the prostate gland demonstrating a macrolobulated pattern producing significant impression upon posteriorwall of the bladder. there are multiple
pelvic phleboliths. No obvious pelvi sidewall lymphadenopathy is appreciated.

Examination of the bone windows demontrates the presence of significant sclerosis involving the lower plate of L4, with a permeative pattern. Further evaluation with dedicated bone scintigraphy is advised.

I dont have idea of what this means exactly in terms of how dangerous it is or what can I do to treat these, could anybody explain this to me. Thank you.
