A brief overview: From the ages of 6 - 13 i used to have night terrors. On less severe nights i would just wake up and everything i look at seems far away BUT everything in my view looks right in my face. I have always tried to just shut my eyes and put up with it but it happens in darkness also and when looking at the tv. It is quite scary and i have to get up and try walking around to get rid of it. Im 21 now and have very rarly had it. It has happened a couple of times recently because of sleep deprevation due to anxiety, panic attacks and depression. It also happens when im too hot in bed or have a fever. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

ditto
i too have experienced somthing similar... when i was a kid i would have all sorts of nightmarish dreams, and the most common one was me falling down in to an endless pit.. which would make me get up cause i couldnt control the pressure felt on my body because of the free fall.. everythin stopped for till recently.. now im gettin back those dreams.. but in this case i im havin problem wid vision.. where i can see things..but in an distorted way.. where im thinkin of me bein schizophrenic.. like the other part is cuming out and now im sharing multiple visions.. or like there is come parallel universe and im lookin at wat the other me is seeing.. god knows.. when i get up there is like this jet-lag kinda feeling which keeps me messed up for some time...
