how long before a fractured broken in the houmerous top becomes closed intact with no space.
it has now been 11 days and the x ray still shows a fracture.
is this normal.
i had a displaced homerous bone put back in place aligned by non surgical means. i am still in a sling

It usually takes a humerus fracture about 6 to 10 weeks to unite. Usually, you will begin to see callus formation around 14 days or so. But, the fracture line will be visible for a long time.
