Is anyone aware of some other diseases
that could mimic MS? I have been doing
some reading, and found that there are
several different diseases that can mimic
MS, but I have no clue as to what they
are.
Diseases that might have similar symptoms
like multiple sclerosis are: brain tumor,
cerebro-vascular disorders, brain
infection/inflammation, acute
demyelinisating encephalitis,
poly-radiculoneuritis, various
polyneuropathies, degenerative brain
disorders etc.

Lyme disease can also mimic MS;
unfortunately it is very hard to diagnose.
Must use lab skilled in testing for Lyme
and sometimes one gets several
false-negatives before a positive.
