Current medical treatment: have been tested for ovarian cancer, pregnancy, and i have been treated for fungal infection, bacteria infection, i also took noristherone to jump start my period but it did not work.

No enough data was given about the abortion. If the miscarriage was spontaneous, there is a possibility that the same reason is causing the amenorrhea.

There are many reasons for amenorrhea. The most probable reasons in your case might include: anovulation cycles, intrauterine adhesions, hyperprolactinemia or hypothalamic-pituitary dysfunction. You might want to visit your gynecologist to exclude each of the possible reasons. He might want to perform hormonal laboratory tests, as well as an ultrasound of the genital system.
