Discomfort on penis, testicles, anus 1 1/2 years after sex

I made a bad decision during the summer of 2009 and have had to pay for it every day since.

I had sex with a high risk partner and to be honest not even sure if protection was used. It was a 1 time thing and contacting that person would be impossible.

3 days later I had a bit of blood at the beginning of urination, I freaked out and went to the ER.

They gave be huge cocktail of antibiotics (zithromax + rocesephin) and the blood immediately went away.

3 days later I broke out the worst fire crotch in my entire life and it lasted for almost a month.

At this point it either came from the sex or from the huge antibiotic treatment in the form of candida.

Either way I started to spiral getting multiple full STD panel testings (ALL Negative)

And Doctors doing a visual diagnosis and telling me I am fine. So I started jumping doctors, getting creams here, antibiotics there, etc etc etc

It never got better and was never diagnosed.

I now sit about 90% symptom free but still bothered by discomfort.

Any ideas?
