Q: Discomfort in testicles

Ok this started with vomitting and lower ab discomfort, I just assumed it was a stomach virus going around. 2 days later my lower back started to hurt and now my testicles are bothering me too. I wouldnt call it pain but def moderate discomfort. Any advice would be a huge help.

UPDATE: I should have added this but iwasnt sure it it made a difference. Over this same period i had 2 infections. A sinus infection and an abseced tooth. Everything else has since cleared up but the testicle discomfort remains.

this sounds very similar to the discomfort i'm experiencing, i also recently had a sinus infection. have you found out what the problem was?
