Discomfort and frequent urination after ejaculation Posted: 04-05-08 19:55pm
I was diagnosed with BPH (enlarged
prostate) af few weeks ago. prior to that
had urine test (clear) blood test (white
blood cell count normal) and digital
rectal exam. Dr. stated prostate was
slightly enlarged, but felt fine. I
started taking Flomax and felt better in a
week. I had no sexual activity at that
time. The first time after I ejaculated (
sex with my wife of several years no STDs)
I began to feel like I had the urge to
urinate and just a general discomfort in
my urethea. I do urinate when I go to the
bathroom, but it's only 100 to 200cc. I
have had my bladder checked and it is
fine. Is this just a symptom of the BPH,
or something else. I have posted on the
Prostate board, but no answer yet. Thanks
