After a meal I feel really uncomfortable in the upper abdomen. My pulse is rapid and I feel panicky. This lasts for about an hour before I go back to normal. Now I find I eat less at a meal to lessen the discomfort. Also, when eating a sandwich or something dry I have to drink also, otherwise I feel as though I cannot swallow, which never happened in the past.
