Q: Discoloration on clitoris ?

I have been sexually active for 3 years now and i have been tested for HIV,gonorrhea, and syphilis which all came back negative. Earlier this week i was looking at my clitoris and i saw red dots or spots on my clitoris.They're not bumps they don't hurt or itch they're just dots. What can it be?
