Hi, I have seen over time, I have started developing lines, discoloration of skin. My skin is getting drier and drier, rough to touch, I can see white flakes and its getting darker and darker. I know its due to some deficiency as just a few days ago I saw it really glowing the only change i could notice was that I was eating a lot. I am definitely sure its due to deficiency but not sure which, Could it be proteins, fats or vitamins, minerals? Please help me know, it makes my face look really old, and my hair are falling at such a rapid rate that I can see my scalp.

Welcome to e health forum.

First and foremost, it is not possible to diagnose a medical condition without a physical examination.

The causes of hairloss, fatigue, skin changes, and changes in body temperature etc can not only be a indicator of nutrient deficiency but also can be due to endocrine disorders like hypothyroidism.

Hence you should first consult with your doctor and get a physical examination done. In case of clinical suspicion, blood tests can be done to confirm the cause of your symptoms.

In the mean time proper nourishment, good hydration, use of sunscreens, avoiding severe sun exposure and use of moisturising creams can help improve your skin appearance.
