since my teenage i had this itching on my scrotum and the area nearby it.But as i realized its a common thing in youngsters i din't pay much heed to it.Later on during the years the skin nearby my penis started getting dark and itching continued.I was too embarrassed to go to a skin doctor.
After a while the area of itching kept growing and now its all on my ass.
The skin on the ass cheeks have discolored and itching still continues.Please tell me what does this notify.Can it be cured without going to a skin doctor or do i need to visit one.
